Clear deepens investment in CX with hire of CX Strategy Director

Sara Parrish joins London office as Clear's offer and client list grow

Global growth strategy consultancy Clear M&C Saatchi (“Clear”) is delighted to announce the hire of Sara Parrish as their first Global CX Strategy Director in London.

Sara has worked across a variety of verticals and sectors, from startups to huge multinationals in Travel, Retail, and F&B to name a few, and has spent her career building out holistic journeys and activating the right mix of channels, communications, and touchpoints that deliver growth for clients.

Sara joins Clear from London-based krow group, where she held the position of CX Lead, having previously worked at global CX-focused agencies including RAPP and Proximity London.

With her background working in CX over the last decade, Sara joins at an exciting juncture in the evolution of Clear’s offer, with the team recently advising a range of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies on high-profile, CX-focused projects.
