Sophie Solly


Sophie is a Strategy & Insight Director with a background in qualitative research. She works across a wide variety of insight-led strategy projects from customer journey mapping to brand positioning & innovation.

As a champion of creative qualitative methodologies, in her time at CLEAR Sophie has worked with clients such as Barclaycard, Bacardi, Danone, Edrington and GSK, delivering transformative insight to help drive clarity & unlock growth.

Sophie started her marketing career in PR working for Blue Rubicon, before building qualitative research & strategy skills at a number of agencies including the Futures Company (now Kantar Futures).

Living out in Surrey, outside of the office Sophie enjoys messing about in the great outdoors with her husband and two small children.
