We helped Barclays reframe the world of credit cards and identified a huge opportunity in mobile peer-to-peer payments and lending.

Barclays wanted to define the future of their credit card business.

We started by redefining their business through consumer eyes: not credit cards, as that was the world as we knew it and an internal definition. We took a consumer definition of the world of borrowing and buying.

We mapped and sized the market, existing customers and key opportunities, and uncovered a simple insight which led to a big opportunity!
